1. Our Refund Philosophy
GSTC INDIA GROUP provides professional services where work, filings, or applications begin immediately after engagement. Because Government fees are paid and professional work commences as soon as your documents are received, our policy follows the strict non-refund practice standard in the profession, as detailed in Clause 6 of our Terms & Conditions.
2 When Refunds Are Not Applicable
Once work has commenced, all professional fees are non-refundable — even if the application is rejected by a Government authority
Government fees, statutory charges, stamp duty, DSC charges and third-party expenses once paid
If you withdraw or discontinue the service after we begin processing your documents
Consultation charges and advisory calls once conducted
Government approvals are at the sole discretion of the respective department; rejection by GSTN, Income Tax, MCA, FSSAI or any authority does not entitle a refund, since our professional work and applicable fees are already incurred.
3 When Refunds May Apply
If you pay for a service but we have not yet received your documents or started any work, and you cancel within 48 hours of payment
If we are unable to provide the service at all due to a reason attributable to us, and no Government fee has been paid
Any excess payment or duplicate payment made in error
In eligible cases, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–15 working days after approval of the refund request.
4 How to Request a Refund
Write to gstcindia1@gmail.com or message 9415323244 on WhatsApp with your invoice number, payment reference, and the reason for the request. Our team will verify the status of your work and respond within 3 working days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate in writing; disputes are governed by the Terms & Conditions with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
5 Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate an engagement where documents are incomplete, data is found to be false or fraudulent, or where the service cannot be lawfully completed. In such cases the professional fees already incurred are retained and any unused Government fees are dealt with as per the applicable authority's rules.
